MetaBlast challenges the body in many ways using an infinite combination of movements designed to challenge the heart, muscles and mind. Exercises range from large compound movements working the upper and lower body at the same time, to cross patterns movements using opposing arms and legs. MetaBlast will improve explosiveness.
Expect to be challenged, feel the burn and see the results. Some movements and combinations can be complicated however our experienced trainers will happily provide alternatives if you need them. This is a fun and incredibly rewarding class.
Strength training is the foundation of a great exercise program.
Working with our primal movement patterns of push, pull, squat, lunge, carry and throw. Your training will reach new heights. Not only will you become stronger it will improve your fat burning ability and reduce your risk of osteoporosis.
Strength training isn't always about lifting the heaviest weights in the room or looking like the Hulk.
We would love to see everyone incorporate some strength training into their program.
The added benefit of Strength training is it works best when you incorporate rest, to let your body recover, adapt and grow.
Rave is a cardio based session incorporating intervals of high and moderate intensity. These workouts will improve you fitness and endurance. By combining cardio, body weight training with functional strength training we have created a series of cracking workouts that will get your heart rate up, get you sweaty and leave you feeling GREAT afterwards.
Boxing is by far one of the best ways to burn fat, release tension from your week and stay present. Boxing keeps your focused, improves co-ordination, agility and balance whilst giving you a great workout.

Who is this best suited for?
If your child is between 8-16 years old and could benefit from improving their co-ordination, speed and strength while having a great time with their friends then this is the place. They may want to improve in their chosen sport or could benefit from being more active we adjust the training to suit a range of fitness levels.
What can they expect?
We incorporate games and play into every session. Each sessions will include a general warm up, drills and skills to improve hand eye co-ordination through ball play and frisbee throwing, agility work, body weight movements like jumping, pushing, pulling and crawling followed by a cool down and quick debrief of the session to help children learn about healthy living.
Drawn from the roots of basketball, 3 on 3 will bring back your ball skills. Practicing drills and playing a ball game of your choice, create a team or join an existing one, everyone can get involved.
