- We have reduced out classes sizes to 15 people to adequately maintain our social distancing requirements

- Each member is provided with a socially distant designated training area and we limit the sharing of equipment.

- 15 minute gap between classes to allow for thorough cleaning and limit the cross over between classes and members.

- There are sanitizing stations provided around the gym that include hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes, and gloves.

- If you don’t feel comfortable to train in the gym we do provide an online training solution via our app. Ask a staff member for details.
